STAY HEALTHY WHILE WORKING FROM HOME

Working at home can be the "Dream Job" in many ways, but there are some wellness concerns to be considered. 

- Choose your ''office chair'' wisely. Make sure it is comfortable, yet supportive and ergonomically correct. Also, consider investing in a treadmill desk or a standing desk, where you don't sit at all!

- Set a timer to get up and move. A sedentary lifestyle has its health risks, so make it a point to get up periodically for a stretch and walk once per hour. Also, consider a treadmill desk or a standing desk for increased mobility and better health. 

- Create a routine. With all of the temptations at home, it's best to have a routine that you follow day in and day out. 

- Set boundaries such as no working during the weekend or after hours too often. 

- Keep the kitchen stocked with healthy, fresh food. 

- Get outside. Being outside is great for the mind, body, and soul! Not only does sunshine give you vitamin D, but studies have also shown that being out in nature can boost health and decrease stress. 

- Drink tea and water in between scheduled snacks and meals to prevent cravings!!

- Get an accountability buddy or enlist a Wellness Coach to keep you accountable!!
