Have you noticed when the hustle and bustle come to a halt, your inner voice gets louder? During downtime, all things past start to resurface, and the dialogue you have in your head is all-encompassing. When this happens, be still, so you can hear and process the message. What areas do you need healing? What thoughts keep resurfacing? Staying busy helps dampen the negative inner voices, but the pandemic shutdown is forcing you to slow down, look at yourself in the mirror, and listen.

When negative thoughts surface, process the pain. Keep repeating this pattern daily until you feel relief. Now is the time for you to seek resolution. I want each of you to come out of this feeling whole. Make your home your church and repent. Let go of all that is holding you back, because you deserve the BEST life.
